A playful exploration of what it means to be creative and how we might move from block to flow in our personal and professional lives. For writers, artists and anyone who would like to free up their creativity.
Bridget presents a multi-faceted approach to the embodied learning of flow. Theories of embodied cognition, embodied creativity and conceptual metaphor are explored through short body-based exercises and the use of paint, writing and other art forms. No artistic ability necessary. Participants will also be encouraged to share experiences of ‘creative moments’ across different disciplines.
Places must be reserved in advance.
